TG771 Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and TG771 ("TG771," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the TG771 online gaming platform available at https://tg771.net and any associated mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the Platform, creating a TG771 account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

• You must not be acting on behalf of any third party. All TG771 accounts must be registered and operated solely by the account holder for their own personal entertainment.

To access real-money gaming on TG771, you must complete the registration process at /register and create a single player account. The following conditions apply to all TG771 accounts:

• One account per person: Each individual may hold only one TG771 account. Opening or operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate information: You must provide accurate, complete, and current information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and valid contact details. You are responsible for keeping this information up to date.

Failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe may result in account suspension.

TG771 reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide a reason.

All financial transactions on the TG771 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

4.1 Deposits

• TG771 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as listed on the Platform from time to time.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the time of transaction and may vary by payment method.
• Deposits are generally credited to your TG771 account balance immediately upon confirmation from the payment provider. TG771 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors.
• All deposited funds must be your own. TG771 does not accept deposits from third-party payment sources.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• TG771 targets withdrawal processing within 30 minutes for GCash and PayMaya transactions during normal operating conditions. Processing times for bank transfers may vary.
• TG771 reserves the right to conduct enhanced verification checks before processing any withdrawal. This may include requesting identity documents, proof of payment method, and source of funds documentation.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed on the withdrawal page. Withdrawals below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• TG771 reserves the right to withhold withdrawal processing pending investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms, including but not limited to bonus abuse, fraud, or money laundering.

TG771 offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, in addition to any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement is stated in the specific bonus terms.
• Eligible games: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. The contribution percentage for each game category is specified in the relevant bonus terms.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or wagering requirements that are not completed within the specified timeframe will expire and be removed from your account without compensation.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one bonus may be active on your TG771 account at any given time.

• Random Number Generation: All TG771 games that rely on random outcomes use certified random number generation (RNG) systems. TG771 is committed to providing fair and unbiased game outcomes to all Filipino players.
• Technical malfunctions: In the event of a technical malfunction, game error, or system failure, TG771 reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to the relevant player accounts. TG771 is not liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond its reasonable control.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the TG771 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

• Registering more than one TG771 account, or assisting any other person in doing so.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any point during your use of the Platform.
• Using the Platform if you are under 21 years of age.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to interact with the Platform or gain an unfair advantage in any game.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or vulnerabilities in the Platform. Any such vulnerabilities must be reported to TG771 immediately.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal financial activity.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any TG771 software or system.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing TG771 staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Charging back or reversing any deposit transaction after wagering has occurred.

TG771 is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that for a small number of players, gaming can become problematic, and we take our obligations in this area seriously.

• Deposit limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on their TG771 accounts at any time via account settings. Once set, deposit limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session reminders: Players may configure session time reminders that alert them when they have been playing for a specified duration.

All content on the TG771 Platform, including but not limited to software, source code, game assets, graphics, logos, trademarks, text, audio, video, and user interface design (collectively, "TG771 Content"), is the exclusive property of TG771 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the TG771 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This license does not include the right to:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any TG771 Content without prior written authorization.
• Modify, adapt, translate, or create derivative works based on any TG771 Content.
• Use any TG771 trademarks, logos, or brand elements in any manner without prior written consent.
• Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the TG771 Platform.

Any unauthorized use of TG771 Content may result in account termination and may expose you to civil and criminal liability under applicable Philippine intellectual property law.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, TG771 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the TG771 Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of winnings or profits resulting from technical malfunctions, system errors, or service interruptions.
• Loss of data or account information resulting from unauthorized access to your account.
• Damages arising from your reliance on any information or content displayed on the Platform.
• Losses arising from delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing caused by third-party payment providers.

TG771's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your TG771 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

TG771 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on TG771, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

TG771 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Failure to complete identity verification within the required timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from your payment provider.
• Conduct that TG771 reasonably determines to be harmful to the integrity of the Platform or other players.
• Regulatory requirement or instruction from a competent Philippine authority.

Upon account closure for breach of these Terms, TG771 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining account balance. Where account closure is initiated by TG771 for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified real-money balance (excluding bonus funds) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method.

Players may also request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting TG771 support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within five (5) business days, subject to completion of any pending withdrawal verification.

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the TG771 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter through good-faith negotiation. You may initiate this process by contacting TG771 support with a written description of your complaint.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may pursue resolution through the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies in the Philippines with competent jurisdiction over the matter.
